David Dean book on the BBC!!
Exciting times as David Dean is now officially famous! His outstanding World Atlas book for Barefoot books has recently been reviewed on the BBC and The Boston Globe has named it as one of their top 10 books of the year! Such is the book's success, that it is already sold out and a reprint is due for January to coincide with the launch of an app for the book! We can't wait!

Multi talented artist, Fred van Deelen, has recently done some lovely black line work for the labels and packaging for Marks & Spencer's Speyside single malt whisky. His traditional approach to the drawings work perfectly and really shows off his strong draftsmanship. Out now in the shops so go and grab yourself a very stylish tipple!

Great to see Sam Church's relationship with CBBC is going strong, with another illustrated story for Driver Dan's Story Train, aired on CBeebies. This one is 'Mrs Goose's Chocolate Cake' and you can see Sam's wonderful drawings around 6 mins 50 into the programme, so check it out by clicking here!

Big Success in English National Ballet competition!!
We are proud to announce that Mark Ruffle has won the prestigious English National Ballet 'My First Ballet' poster competition. His artwork for Sleeping Beauty wowed the panel of expert judges, and as a result his poster will be used to advertise the ballet and forthcoming events nationwide. What is more, another of our talented artists, Javier Joaquin was awarded runner up for his take on the brief. All in all a huge success for our guys!

David Dean in AOI Images 35!!
Congratulations to David Dean who has got two of his wonderful book cover designs in the annual AOI Images book. It is jury selected by industry professionals, and David's work has obviously had an impact on them! The chosen pieces were covers for 'Johnny Swanson;, by Eleanor Updale, and 'Tall Story' by Candy Gourlay.

Richard Johnson Pinocchio pop up book!
Richard Johnson has recently produced this magnificent pop up book of the classic tale of Pinocchio, for Templar publishing. It really is a stunning piece of work, and it sure to be a big hit. His beautifully rendered imagery jumps out of the pages, bringing the story to life in an exciting fresh way. Well done Richard!
